Ardent Invest supports Reno.energy in raising €10 million to accelerate the energy transition

Ardent Invest is pleased to announce its participation, alongside French family office Eoden, in a €10 million fundraising round led by Reno.energy. This transaction, finalized on September 10, 2025, marks an important milestone in the growth plan of the Liège-based company, a pioneer in energy management and control in Belgium.

Reno.energy: a key player in the energy transition

Founded in 2009 in Liège, Reno.energy now employs more than 250 people. The company offers an integrated and sustainable range of services, from photovoltaics to energy storage, insulation, heating, ventilation, and energy renovation. With 15 years of experience, it supports individuals, businesses, and local authorities in their projects in Belgium and France.
Faced with rapid market developments—from self-consumption to smart energy management—Reno.energy has been able to innovate, diversify its activities, and build an ambitious strategic plan. With this fundraising, it is giving itself the means to consolidate its position in Belgium, strengthen its B2B development, and accelerate its expansion in France.

By acquiring a stake in Reno.energy, Ardent Invest confirms its commitment to the energy transition and its desire to support promising local companies.
